2005 Keene, New Orleans, (Great Smoky Mountains, Shenandoah, Big Bend NP, Grand Canyon NP, LA, Redwood NP, Olympia NP, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Glacier, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Death Valley, Lessen Volcanic) (12,000 miles) (17 days) Family vacation to Southern California to visit oldest daughter, left 9 days early drove to LAX picked up family stayed 10 days dropped off at LAX to Northern route and Pacific Coast across to Montana and Wyoming before heading home.  (Used savings on my plane ticket and cost of renting a large vehicle for ten days to cover most of the costs.
